During the last hours, Bombo Fica announced that he was scammed after holding an event to benefit those affected by the fires in Purén.
Along with other artists, the comedian participated in a show to help the families that were affected by the accidents during the summer.
However, the producer of the event, Claudio Riquelme, revealed that ticket sales were insufficient, and that the money that was collected never reached the victims of the flames.
For more auction, he assured that despite the fact that he had initially given him the Caopulián Theater, the place where the show took place, they were later charged for rent.
Riquelme even accused that it was the Caupolicán who collected the money. “In my years of career I have never cheated anyone and this already scales other levels. The money went to the people, so I find that it is something very low, ”he said in dialogue with The time.

“This was an event that was born spontaneously in order to help those who lost everything in the south of Chile due to the fires, and in this the possibility appears with the people of the Caupolicán Theater and that with Claudio Riquelme they offer us the theater totally free,” he added.
“Everything that was collected was supposed to go to them (the victims), and here all the artists committed themselves for free. Los Jaivas, Inti Illimani, Illapu, Sol y Lluvia, Halloween, La Sonora de Tommy Rey and I can keep on naming them”, the artist recounted.
“Here a lot of things happened that were not normal. The result is that today the mayor of Purén was worried and asking what was happening with this, and the fact is that people are also beginning to speculate with money. The money was collected by the people of Caupolicán, which was not the case. The collection was going to be made by Claudio’s producer, with whom I have great confidence, and he was practically deceived, because he never received the collection, ”he alleged.
“The tickets were going to be sold through Passline and finally it was done by Ticketpro, which I never understood, they made us understand that they had a commitment. And in the end they appear with a totally derisory amount of money, ”he concluded.
