Last month, we reported to you the misadventure experienced by Frédéric Lentz and Séverine Schmitz. The two independents had decided to embark on a project close to their hearts: the “Boomerang”, a bus-chip shop that they intended to operate permanently at the Belle Maison rest area in Emptinne, in the town of of Hamois. But failing to apply for a planning permit, the municipality had forced them to move the bus, de facto prohibiting its operation.
