Boston regains second place in the East

The Celtics made short work of the Wizards (144-102) at TD Garden, led by a very good Jaylen Brown (32 points) admirably assisted by Jayson Tatum (22 points). This big victory allows Boston to overtake Milwaukee once once more, beaten by Dallas (118-112), and to regain second place in the Eastern Conference.

The leader, Miami, is still doing just as well, even if the Heat had to work to overcome Toronto (114-109). Deprived of Jimmy Butler, Miami relied on Max Strus (23 points), Victor Oladipo (21 points) and Tyler Herro (18 points, 9 assists, 8 rebounds). With this success, the Heat have further strengthened their chances of finishing seeded No. 1 in the play-offs and having the advantage of the floor.

Finally, note the narrow victory of Philadelphia over Cleveland (112-108) and the triple-double of James Harden (21 points, 10 assists, 10 rebounds).
