To score Brabus launched this Thursday (28) the motorcycle 1300 Masterpiece Edition. In this sense, it is a special version of the KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVOwhich will be available on a limited basis on the market, with only 50 units produced.
Among the main features, it is worth mentioning that the motorcycle comes with a new brake, which has a round LED headlight. In addition, there is the addition of carbon fiber side panels and intake ducts, as well as the company’s typical stripes located on the air intakes.
On the back of the saddle there is the Brabus Masterpiece plaque. Furthermore, carbon fiber is also present in the underbody protections, instrument panel, connector and rear fairing. The bike even has a semi-active WP suspension for greater efficiency.
The engine is a V-twin with a displacement of 1.3 liters with a maximum power of 180 hp at 9,500 rpm, in addition to a maximum torque of 140 Nm at 8,000 rpm. In other words, there are no major differences in relation to the KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO, the model from which it is derived.
Even so, Brabus implemented a special exhaust with double silencer for the model, which allows the engine sound to be enhanced while driving. In total, 50 units of the motorcycle will be sold, 25 in the Onyx Black color and 25 in the Diamond White variant. The price, after all, is 42.500 euros (R$ 226.142).
