Yesterday, Thursday October 10, ELAS arrested two people in the area of Peristeri, a 25-year-old Greek and a 27-year-old foreigner, for violating the legislation on addictive substances and on weapons.
In particular, according to ELAS, police officers of the DIAS Group, during their patrol, spotted a vehicle with the accused on board and called them for a check.
During a search of the vehicle, the police officers found in a crypt in the glove box of the passenger, in the door handle as well as carefully hidden in a crypt in the air duct of the vehicle:
• 37 improvised nylon packages containing 17.2 grams. cocaine,
• 2 improvised nylon packages containing 3.6 grams. raw cannabis,
• pistol with magazine and 5 cartridges and
• the sum of 2,530 euros.
Those arrested, with the case against them from the Security Department of Peristeri, were taken to the Prosecutor.
