Bravo Cuts Ties With Below Deck’s Nathan Gallagher After He Skips Court Date

Reality television network Bravo has officially cut ties with Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher following his failure to appear in an Australian court on domestic violence charges, prompting a judge to issue an arrest warrant and convict him in absentia on September 1.

The legal fallout surrounding the reality star intensified when the New South Wales Police Force announced an outstanding arrest warrant after the Akira One crew member skipped out on his scheduled court appearance in Sydney. Network representatives confirmed that Bravo does not plan on working with Nathan in any future programming following the proceedings.

December 2025 Arrest and Sydney Court Conviction in Absentia

The criminal case dates back to a late-December incident in 2025. Gallagher was first arrested in December following an alleged domestic violence incident at a Sydney apartment complex. He was later released on bail and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally chok[ing a] person without consent and common assault.

Burwood judge Janine Lacy attributed her decision to issue the warrant and convict Gallagher to the serious nature of the offenses, as well as records revealing that Gallagher had left the country and is currently overseas, per the Sydney Morning Herald.

According to NSW Police, Gallagher is believed to be offshore, asking citizens to come forward with information about his whereabouts. Gallagher failed to appear for a court hearing on Tuesday but a judge still convicted him on the domestic violence charges.
