It is currently impossible to check your lottery tickets at all points of sale in the province, with some exceptions, due to a general outage at Loto-Québec. The sale is also unavailable to retailers.

“We are currently experiencing technical problems. Sales and validations of lottery products are not available. However, Mise-O-jeu sales and validations and scratch ticket validations are available. We are working to correct the situation as quickly as possible and we will inform you as soon as the situation is restored”, can we read.
The Crown corporation wishes to reassure customers that this outage will have no impact on the draws.
“We would like to reassure customers that this situation does not affect the integrity of the draws in any way, and all the prizes won will be honored,” Loto-Québec said.
This outage occurs at the same time as Loto-Québec’s professional employees are on strike, which might complicate the return to normal.
