Brazilian Anselmo de Morais, the player of Al-Wahda’s first soccer team, is heading to leave his club at the end of the current season, according to Al-Riyadiah sources.
This comes, with one year remaining in the Brazilian midfielder’s contract with the Meccan team, which was renewed for 3 seasons, in the past 2021.
The same sources revealed that Anselmo has late salaries that he has not yet received, which made him decide to leave at the end of May, coinciding with the end of the Saudi competitions.
It is expected that the player’s agent will arrive in Jeddah, to meet with the unit’s management, and find a formula agreed upon by the two parties regarding the departure of the Brazilian, who is receiving interest from several clubs in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
It is noteworthy that Anselmo had a professional experience with Al-Nasr last season, for a season on loan, following his team was relegated to the Yellow League for first-class clubs.
