The video clip shows the last moments before Jordan Neely was killed on a train in America, following he acted nervously.
A witness said that Neely “started screaming violently, saying, ‘I don’t care if I die, I don’t care if I go to jail, I don’t have any food, I don’t have any drink…’ Then he took off his jacket and threw it on the ground,” pointing to me that Nellie “didn’t attack anyone.”
A short time later, “another passenger came behind Neely’s back and started choking him.” Neely later lost consciousness and was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
The medical examiner’s office said Neely died from pressure to the neck, calling it a homicide.
