It was through social networks that the mayor of Esneux Laura Iker announced the discovery of the lifeless body of Myriam Monseur, a resident of the locality.
“Very sad news”, writes the mayor, “During the clearing of the relief parking lot in Tilff, two municipal workers, Dorian and Steve, discovered the lifeless body of Madame Myriam Monseur who had disappeared since September 22. All our condolences to the family”.
As a reminder, on Friday September 22, 2023 around noon, Myriam Monseur, a 70-year-old woman, was last seen at her home located rue des Sorbiers in Esneux. We hadn’t seen him since.
A call for witnesses was then launched with the disastrous outcome that we know regarding.
The Liège public prosecutor’s office was notified and sent a forensic doctor to the scene of the macabre discovery.
