“They’re all there sweating their butts off,” says Darrell Hanson, owner of Salty Sam’s restaurant, one of the businesses hit hard by the passage of the hurricane Ian for Florida. Hanson says that the waves that passed through the area of his business in Fort Myers exceeded 3.5 meters, leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage and spoiled merchandise. Hanson is excited to see how all his employees collaborate to rebuild his restaurant and reopen as soon as possible.
