Brioni celebrates the opening of new boutique in Nanjing

To celebrate this important moment, Brioni specially invited its brand ambassador Mr. Wang Kai, Brioni CEO Mr. Mehdi Benabadji, Brioni Global Wholesale Business and Retail Director Mr. Max Von Bethmann, and the general manager from Nanjing Deji Plaza Manager Mr. Wu Tiemin came to celebrate the cocktail party and ribbon-cutting ceremony to participate in the grand event.

The new boutique uniquely integrates Brioni’s Roman essence, the brand’s iconic aesthetic, and Nanjing’s profound cultural traditions, showcasing the charm of this city known for its historical features and beautiful scenery. In order to incorporate local character into the interior design of the boutique, the space, designed as a “home away from home”, presents customers with a collection of marble from Italy, as well as a selection of Italian vintage furniture from the 1950s. In addition, the store also displays two exclusive carpets and tapestries designed by the famous Genoa carpet manufacturer MITA. One of them, a tapestry called “Pesci” (Fish), was specially selected for the new Nanjing store. Its design is inspired by traditional The “fish” painting in Chinese painting pays tribute to Nanjing’s mother river – the Qinhuai River.

Customers can explore Brioni’s ready-to-wear, accessories and footwear collections, including formal and casual wear, and experience the prestigious Bespoke service at the Plaza de Chi boutique. The opening of the new Nanjing store marks an exciting step in Brioni’s expansion in China.
