The British Labor Party held its Annual Congress in the city of Liverpool, in the north of Great Britain, between October 9 and 11, 2023. Thus, the USFP, in addition to its important position on the national political scene and particularly in opposition, represents one of the fundamental pillars of the social-democratic orientation within international organizations with this orientation (the Socialist International, the Progressive Alliance) thanks to its strong representation and its effective roles in building a society of modernity, social justice, equality and solidarity at the national and global levels. It is a task that requires the sharing of political experiences. This type of event constitutes an important opportunity to exchange ideas and strengthen relations with progressive parties and movements around the world.
