HOUSTON (AP) — Dillon Brooks scored 26 points, including 12 in the fourth quarter, as the Houston Rockets routed the Sacramento Kings 107-89 on Saturday.

Houston took its second consecutive victory. They have started the season with an 0-3 record.

A Malik Monk 3-pointer brought the Kings within three points with regarding eight and a half minutes left. The Rockets then went on a 10-2 run, which included six points from Brooks, to make the score 90-79 midway through the quarter.

Monk made a layup later, but Brooks immediately hit a 3-pointer that extended the Rockets’ lead. Harrison Barnes made one of two free throws for Sacramento before Brooks struck once more, hitting another 3-pointer that extended the lead to 96-82 with 4 1/2 minutes left.

He blew a kiss to the crowd as he ran to the other end of the court.
