This Friday morning, in court, Sofiane admitted his role as a cannabis deliveryman for his older brother. If he did this, it was to help him when he was “not doing well. ”A third and final attempt is still accused of Hamza, with the help of a laundry bag left by his partner and containing 0.85 of cannabis.
For the prosecution, the attitude of the two defendants perfectly sums up their vision of justice and respect for the rules that must be had. Moreover, Hamza did not hesitate to reoffend after being placed on a strict regime for 20 days by Jamioulx prison following the first delivery of cannabis. The criminal records of the two defendants do not help the situation. A year in prison is required against Hamza and Sofiane.
For the defense, Me Corentin Dumont pleads absorption with two previous judgments for his clients. Lawyer Carolo also expressed his reassurance, faced with the quantities mentioned in the file and which reveal “a desire to consume, not to launch trafficking within the prison.”
