On the night of October 7 to 8, 2022, two individuals raped a young woman, aged 21, in Bruges, the federal police said in a press release.
After attending a meeting of a youth movement, the victim was returning home by bike. A man blocked his way at the bus stop located near the “De Koude Keuken” sports complex, in the Zandstraat in Bruges. Once at the stop, another man appeared. These men dragged the young woman to a remote area where there was a pétanque court and the two men assaulted the victim.
The victim was able to create a sketch of the first individual. He is between 25 and 30 years old. He has a white complexion, is approximately 1m70 tall, has an athletic build, and has dark hair and eyes. He speaks Dutch with a clear West Flemish accent. At the time of the incident, he was wearing dark clothes and a cap.
The 2nd individual has white skin. He is between 25 and 30 years old and has white skin. He also speaks Dutch with a West Flemish accent. He wore “Invictus by Paco Rabanne” perfume, dark clothes and light shoes.
