The track has been restored but delays are still possible. The train involved came from Liers and was traveling towards Brussels Midi. Two lanes were inaccessible for a time following this incident, but one lane was restored around 3:50 p.m. Rail traffic now only operates on five of the six available tracks on the North-South axis, which risks leading to potential delays on all lines crossing Brussels.
