Bubbles, Whiskey & Gastronomy: Canada’s Largest Spirits Show Back in 2023

Canada’s largest spirits show will be back in 2023which is great news.

Bulles, Whisky & gastronomy will be installed in the Capitale-Nationale on February 3 and 4, with a gastronomic componentwhich is new, hence the addition to the name of the event!

The event, presented par Pass-Partout Bonne-Chére and Ovedialso a partner of Quebec Carnivalwill take place at the Quai 30 Terminal, at the Port of Quebec.

During the presale in November, more than 75% of the tickets were sold, which is a record for the event, nothing less!

We should also point out that a gastronomic passport is available for $30 plus tax (a $75 value), which will provide support for local restaurants.

This passport entitles you to this:

  • 9 gourmet bites;
  • 1 non-alcoholic cocktail signed Monsieur Cocktail;
  • 1 $25 promotional card, valid from February 5 to May 31, in several restaurants in downtown Quebec.
  • The bites will be concocted by the restaurants and caterers Le Clan, Orygine, Madame Phan, Chez Don, Le Bangard, BULLE bistro d’altitude, À table par Torii Izakaya, Ophelia and les Macarons de Sophie. Each bite features an alcoholic product donated by exhibitors.
  • Meetings between enthusiasts and industry experts

That’s not all, the event Bubbles, Whiskey & Gastronomy will offer an extension through downtown restaurants of Quebec from February 5 to 12.

note that Bulles & Whisky was established in 2015, and the main goal is to give appointments to discover, taste and share, thus becoming unforgettable moments.

On site, people can discover more than 300 products and tasting dishes from the 70 exhibitors/restaurants on site. 200 professionals are also on site to interact with the participants. The atmosphere is downright festive because of the DJs and bands on the spot.
