Dublin – Europeans’ desire to travel brought the low-cost airline Ryanair a sharp jump in profits in the past quarter. For the first business quarter to the end of June, the bottom line was a surplus of 663 million euros, as the Irish company announced in Dublin on Monday. A year earlier – shortly after the start of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine – the company had only earned around 188 million euros.
