Basically, any two or more people can set up a partnership under civil law on the spot, with a common purpose and consistent declarations of intent. It is not necessary that those involved are aware of the effects of these declarations of intent; it is also irrelevant what the merger is called. Everyone involved contributes their labor or assets for shared use. The civil law company is founded by concluding a partnership agreement; this contract does not have to be in writing, but can also be tacit.
