Not long ago, the National Bureau of Statistics released the “Statistical Bulletin of the National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China in 2023”, which showed that there were 4.593 million sports venues across the country throughout the year, with a sports venue area of 4.07 billion square meters and a per capita sports venue area of 2.89 square meters. This is a clear gap between the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the expectations of the people.
