Born in 1975, the BVLGARI ROMA became BVLGARI BVLGARI in 1977. These 14 letters stamped on the bezel, like the name of the emperor on the coins of ancient Rome, recall the intensely Italian style of Bulgari, “Roman Jeweler of Time” . Propelling the name of a brand into a strong element of the design of a watch was then a revolution, which has now become a declaration. Because to expose a name – to assert oneself in complete freedom – one must dare! The alliance between Bulgari and LISA was obvious. The artist also composes her own codes, extraordinarily in tune with the times. The “Unexpected Wonders” campaign made LISA its face BVLGARI BVLGARI.

The strength of a star
The edelweiss, her favorite flower: LISA chose it, drew it with her own hand. An alpine star, so Swiss!, like a nod to this country that she adores and where the Bulgari watch factory is located. At the heart of the petals, the singer has drawn her own initial, an “L” that reminds her. This sketch is engraved on the caseback of the BVLGARI BVLGARI X LISA LIMITED EDITION, alongside the words “Made in Switzerland”. This beautiful and unique personalization also appears on the box, accompanied by LISA’s signature.

If the letters BVLGARI BVLGARI are exposed, exuberantly, on the rose gold bezel, the dial takes on a… minimalist air! By its color, so pure and idyllic – green, blue, or purple perhaps? – invented by Bulgari for LISA. A hue that changes with the light on the fine sunburst of the dial. Surprising, like LISA. As the hours, twelve diamonds punctuate this dreamy face, hovered over by two pink gold hands. Just as precious, the pink gold crown is topped with a cabochon-cut rubellite, one of Bulgari’s signatures.
Manufactured by Bulgari in Switzerland, the cradle of watchmaking, BVLGARI BVLGARI X LISA LIMITED EDITION attaches to the wrist with a subtly polished and satin-brushed steel bracelet. Powered by a quartz movement, the BVLGARI BVLGARI X LISA LIMITED EDITION was produced in 700 pieces for the 33mm-diameter version, and in 300 watches for the 23mm-diameter version.
