Wolfsburg tied with its guest Werder Bremen, with two goals, today, Saturday, in the first week of the German Football League, “Bundesliga”.
The hosts took an early lead through Lukas Nemica in the 11th minute, and 10 minutes later Niklas Volkrug equalized for Bremen, and his colleague Leonardo Bettencourt added the goal two minutes later, ending the first half with a score of 1-2 for the visitors.
In the second half, Wolfsburg’s control of the match resulted in Joshua Gilafoughi scoring the equalizer in the 84th minute, to end the match (2-2). With this tie, the two teams shared a point each.
