Bus carrying security personnel overturns into river in Kashmir; Six deaths

Srinagar: Six people died when a bus carrying security personnel fell into a river in Jammu and Kashmir. Many people were injured. The bus was carrying 39 security personnel, including 37 ITBB personnel and two Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel. It is indicated that the bus went out of control due to brake failure and the accident occurred.

The accident took place in Pahalgam area of ​​Anantnag in South Kashmir. The injured jawans have been shifted by helicopter to the military hospital in Srinagar.

The jawans assigned for the security of Amarnath Yatra met with an accident while traveling from Chandanwari to Pahalgam.
