The fact investigated was reported by the Municipal Transit Authority (ATM) and by the Guayaquil Citizen Security Corporation (CSCG).
At the scene, the driver of the passenger bus that caused the accident was arrested and several people were interviewed. The witnesses stated that The bus ran over a motorcyclist on 34th and García Goyena streets. In addition, he ran over a woman who was passing by, leaving her injured.
