After the meeting with Attorney General Jorge Crespo and Security Minister Daniel Jara, Rodrigo Buteler began the efforts to begin the Security Council. Days ago, the mayor met with the attorney Jorge Crespo and the Minister of Security Daniel Jara, the police chief Mary Carmen Carrizo also arrived in the city. After that meeting, it was learned that 38 new police officers would join the fifth jurisdiction to provide greater control operations.
During the meeting, the Security Advisor, Aldo Mildemberg, was also present. They highlighted that the meeting took place this Monday and It served to begin working on joint strategies to pursue criminals in the city.
Buteler explained that together with Mildemberg they held a meeting with the residents of the Northeast Neighborhood District and have already begun to work on the creation of a Security Council. “Between neighbors, municipality, prosecutors and Police We work together to achieve a safer city. It won’t be from one day to the next but I believe that the political will and decision is there,” concluded the communal chief.
Besides, The mayor of Cipolletti met with the city’s merchants. «We agreed on strategies to make them safer in these weeks when many more people go out to buy. Strong traffic operations, a greater number of police officers together with the Motorized Support Brigade patrolling the commercial areas and a direct communication contact for any emergency,” said Buteler.
According to what was stated by the municipal government, they will soon begin joint meetings of the Security Council. Its creation was approved in the last session of the Cipolletti Deliberative Council.
