Adeyemi made his debut in the DFB team last year and played three games under coach Hansi Flick.
He was recently absent due to an injury. Adeyemi has scored 16 goals in 25 league games for Salzburg this season.
In February, Adeyemi, who is still under contract in Salzburg until 2024, did not want to comment on his future plans.
“As I’ve said many times: My focus is in Salzburg. Nothing is clear. What happens in summer happens in summer,” he said.
