The Mendoza comedian Juan «Cacho» Garay added a new accusation against him in the last hours for the crime of disobey the restriction of approach towards his ex-wifeimposed after she denounced him for gender violence weeks ago.
Currently, the comedian remains in house arrest after being charged by prosecutor Daniel Carniello for the crimes of aggravated threats with the use of weapons sexual abuse with carnal access in an indeterminate number of facts, unlawful deprivation of liberty aggravated by being committed against his spouse and gun possession of fire for civil use.
In this context, judicial sources reported today that Garay carried out last week ora phone call to your ex-partner and as it transpired during that communication, the artist did not utter a word and remained silent until the end of the communication, for apparently intimidating purposes.
The contact was made from his sister’s house in Coquimbito, Maipú, where the comedian meets with house arrest since mid-April, as ordered by the judge in the case.
The prosecution, for their part, understood that this call involved a rape to the prohibition of approach that was imposed on him last month, and he proceeded to be charged for disobedience this Wednesday, thus adding a new accusation.

According to judicial sources in Mendoza, the comedian will remain detained at his sister’s home while the case develops of gender violence and the investigation advances in the taking of evidence and testimonies, which account for what happened.
