A single game is what separated the Heat from the NBA Finals this season. After Victor Oladipo (one year and 11 million dollars) and Dewayne Dedmon (9 million dollars over two years), it is a new soldier who is locked by the Florida management. Losing PJ Tucker was a blow and the Godfather probably didn’t want to see many of his role players slip away during the summer.
