Al-Marsad Newspaper: The General Secretariat of the Saudi Health Council said that patients with type 2 diabetes can stop taking insulin, following fulfilling two conditions.
And she explained, through her official account on Twitter, that insulin can be stopped following achieving an appropriate cumulative average, and following a healthy lifestyle.
She mentioned that some people resort to treating type 2 diabetes with insulin when the cumulative sugar level is very high.
