“Can we fix it? Yes, we can”: American astronauts install solar panels on the International Space Station (VIDEOS)

The two men spent around seven hours outside the ISS on Saturday, according to the US space agency Nasa. The solar panels should significantly improve the energy supply of the ISS.

The next US spacewalk is scheduled for December 19.
