Canal+ Switzerland even stronger with HBO series

Since Friday, Canal+ Switzerland has been offering content from the famous American channel HBO in French-speaking Switzerland, a pioneer in pay-TV and cinema-oriented cable TV. The hexagonal group also announces various new titles.

Canal+ and Warner Bros. Discovery, owner of HBO, are now collaborating in French-speaking Switzerland. Since Friday, Canal+ offers have been enriched with certain HBO series and a selection of Max Originals to offer “unparalleled quality entertainment”, according to a press release issued the same day.

A global offer

As part of this collaboration, HBO and Max Originals titles will be broadcast directly on the Canal+ channel, as well as on the myCANAL streaming platform, available on all devices, i.e. smartphones and tablets in going through laptops, connected TVs and Android boxes and of course the essential Apple TV.

“Through this collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery, Canal+ continues to offer the best of international series in French-speaking Switzerland. It is therefore excellent news for fans of American content that our Canal+ channel and our myCANAL streaming platform are integrating new or already iconic HBO content to watch at any time,” said Brice Daumin, Managing Director of Canal+ Switzerland.

Canal+ Switzerland will therefore be offering the last season of “And Just Like That…”, a glamorous new chapter in the famous series “Sex and the City”. In addition, a large streaming catalog will be available with great series such as ‘The Idol’ and ‘The Last Of Us’, among others, as well as series like ‘House of the Dragon’, ‘The White Lotus’, ‘ Euphoria”, “Insecure” and “Succession”, and iconic titles including “Game of Thrones”, “The Sopranos”, “Sex and the City”, “Band of Brothers” and “The Wire”.

Available through more than 300,000 subscriptions in French-speaking Switzerland, the Canal+ offer is even richer.
