While Resident Evil 4 Remake is still not announced despite information about it leaking for two years already, Capcom is launching a countdown that ends in a week. The icing on the cake, the publisher also promises an announcement related to the license tomorrow!
Capcom’s teaser font intrigues
As of this writing, Capcom has 6 days and 5 p.m. left before the scheduled announcement. The countdown is visible on a dedicated website which does not reveal anything else for the moment.
Will a new game be announced by Capcom? This is what many fans of the brand think and all eyes are on Resident Evil 4 Remakefor which new information has also arrived this week-end. Some believe that the font used here for the numbers is the same as that used for the Resident Evil series.
However, it must be taken into account that the end of the countdown coincides perfectly with the end of the Capcom Pro Tour 2021 Season Final from Street Fighter 5. Perhaps there is also a clue here, although the countdown font and the rumors around Resident Evil 4 Remake make us think much more of the Survival Horror license.

However, do not expect something of the magnitude of Resident Evil 4 Remake, but rather something new on Resident Evil Re:Verse or even a DLC of Resident Evil Village.
