A nine-millimeter caliber pistol, a magazine and a facsimile were seized.
Two citizens were arrested, in two different procedures, for allegedly committing the crime of illicit possession of a firearm.
The arrests were made by military personnel from the Urban Security Detachment (Desur), attached to the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).
The first accused was in the Guaiparo sector, where a 9mm caliber Browning pistol and a charger were seized from him.
In the 23 de Enero sector of the Pozo Verde parish, the uniformed officers surprised another subject with a facsimile.
Both procedures were notified to the Public Ministry. The identity of those arrested was not released.
