A local journalist died in a car stabbing in Kollam. The accident took place today around 4.30 pm on the Chatannoor Tirumuk-Paravur road. Sudhi Velamanoor (45), writer, scriptwriter and lyricist of Kerala Kaumudi newspaper, Chatannoor, died at Velamanoor Uma Mandir. The car was set on fire next to Sudhi’s house in Palamoot, Meenad, where she was currently staying. The fire broke out following he got into a car parked on the road.
