Initially, the police determined that the registration centers all received money to ignore violations of vehicles, the total amount of 10 illegal profit centers was more than 20 billion VND.
Thus, as of January 30, Hanoi has 12 registration centers temporarily stopped operating, of which: 11 centers for detecting violations, 1 center does not meet operating conditions.
