Later 1 : a System and Support Administrator

The Burkina Faso Branch is currently looking for a System and Support Administrator.
Under the supervision of the Applications Service Manager, the System and Support Administrator implements the necessary technical means in order to anticipate and/or respond to the needs in terms of implementation and maintenance of computer hardware and systems.
In this context, he/she has the following different responsibilities:

  • Manage the machine fleet (PCs, laptops, Active Directory servers, Exchange, office),
  • Ensure monitoring of software licenses,
  • Install and maintain various software (antivirus, Office, etc.),
  • Regularly audit the information system to identify potential problems and propose solutions aimed at improving the service,
  • Train and provide users with technical support when needed,
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software products to develop the information system,
  • Serve as an interface with service providers (hardware, software suppliers, etc.),
  • Administer and optimize the performance of the bank’s Active Directory and messaging systems;
  • Implement preventive maintenance routines to ensure the availability and performance of the bank’s Lunix and Windows systems,
  • Install and configure Windows, Linux systems (Installation of Solaris will be a great asset)
  • Diagnose and resolve Windows, Linux, Solaris system problems,
  • Perform computer system backups and restorations,
  • Optimize system performance and equipment management (servers, storage, network),
  • Implement (define, create, test) solutions to maintain the continuity of production environments,
  • Ensure all necessary backup work, in accordance with the guidelines of your hierarchy and the policies and procedures in force,
  • Implement preventive maintenance routines to ensure the availability and performance of the bank’s systems,
  • Collect statistics on system performance and propose measures to improve them;
  • Contribute to the implementation of the business continuity plan.

Profile

Qualifications – Knowledge – Know-how:

  • Minimum BAC+ 3 or 4 in Computer Science – Management IT or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Microsoft Administration
  • Good knowledge of the architecture of the Deltabank Information System
  • Mastery of Microsoft Active Directory architecture
  • Good knowledge of MS Windows, Linux and Solaris environments and software (Proven experience would be a great asset)
  • Good knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMWare and HyperV, OVM
  • Good knowledge of shell script programming
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of HPE and SUN ORACLE server problems
  • Knowledge of storage solutions and zoning configuration of SAN Switches, DAS
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux, Vmware cluster configurations will be an asset
  • Mastery of office software
  • At least 5 years of professional experience including 2 years in a similar position

Next 2: an AML/FT & regulatory monitoring assistant

The Burkina Faso Branch is currently looking for an AML/CFT Assistant & regulatory monitoring.
The holder of the position assists the Head of the AML/CFT & Regulatory Monitoring Department in regulatory monitoring activities and in the implementation of actions aimed at ensuring control of the risk of non-compliance relating to the fight against money laundering and financing of terrorism in order to help preserve the interests, reputation, image and heritage of the institution.
In this context, he/she has the following different responsibilities:

  • Execute the annual AML/CFT program, following the directions of the line manager;
  • Contribute to the implementation of the bank/Group’s system in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT);
  • Ensure the logistical aspects of staff training actions;
  • Participate in monitoring corrective actions on recommendations made by supervisory authorities (internal and external);
  • Assist the Head of Service in the preparation of monthly reports, the annual AML/CFT report and the semi-annual report on the assessment of the entity’s non-compliance risk;
  • Monitor the transmission of regulatory reports by the Departments concerned;
  • Participate in the periodic review of procedures and practices for opening/closing accounts in the bank;
  • Contribute to updating AML/CFT procedures in relation to regulatory developments and/or international best practices;
  • Contribute, through various research, to regulatory monitoring and keep your hierarchy informed.
