Carlos Alcaraz is already in the final in his third main draw participation in Wimbledon. The world number one seemed to feel at home in the semi-final against Daniil Medvedev on Center Court and easily won in three sets. After 1:50 hours the thing was over. On Sunday, Alcaraz will again challenge Novak Djokovic, who had the upper hand in 4 sets in the semifinals of the French Open.
Medvedev was lost against the 20-year-old Spaniard. In the 3rd round he made the connection to 2:3 and 3:4 with his only two breaks of the game, but had to give up his own service immediately.

Alcaraz, on the other hand, dominated in the third duel between the two (two years ago he had failed without a word at Wimbledon against the Russians) almost at will. Alcaraz may play as an outsider against seven-time Wimbledon winner Djokovic in Sunday’s final (live on SRF). If he can maintain the level of the semi-finals, he will definitely have a say in the title.
