In a recent Instagram post, Caroline shared a photo of herself in panties and a crop top, showing off her flat stomach. When a subscriber asked how she managed to “chicken down”, Caroline explained that she started by eat better and listen to themselves, without depriving themselves.
“I really don’t feel on top. It’s not so much a question of weight, even if I know that I took two kilos easily, but of feeling. I feel heavy, my skin is dull, in short. Letting go is good, but also getting back in hand“, she explains.
Caroline also explained that during the holiday season, she had stopped exercising because of a nasty cough, and that she had “let go” on the food side. She admitted that she did not feel good regarding herself and that his body was in saturation. To remedy this situation, it decided to set up a food routine adapted to their lifestyle (source 1).
Among the dietary changes she has made, she has stop eating gluten and increased its consumption of proteins compared to vegetables and starches. She only drank water and went to bed early to have a intermittent fasting at least twelve hours.
Caroline also explained that she didn’t eat fruit, because she didn’t like it. She clarified that her diet was personal and that it was important to find what suits your own body by listening to its needs. She advised her community to try different foods to find their own eating routine, as she did herself.
