Carrefour is recalling focaccia on Saturday, in agreement with Afsca, due to the possible presence of listeria monocytegenes.
The product concerned is the “Basil & Tomato Focaccia Duo” (2x165g) from the Carrefour The Market brand, with a best before date of October 7, 2023.
It is recommended that people who have the product, sold in the delicatessen section of certain Carrefour stores in Belgium, not consume it and destroy it or return it to the point of sale where it will be refunded.
