Case of violence on Ram Navami reaches Supreme Court, demand for compensation to injured Ram devotees

The matter of violence that took place at many places across the country during Ram Navami has now reached the Supreme Court. Hindu Front for Justice, an organization formed for the protection of Hindus, has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding an inquiry into the riots during the procession.

Along with this, the institution has demanded from the Supreme Court in the petition that the state governments should not be stopped from allowing processions and processions of Hindus just by declaring any area as a Muslim-majority area.

On March 30, riots took place in various states of West Bengal, Bihar, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Gujarat during the Ram Navami procession. In the petition, compensation has been sought for the damage caused to Rambhaktas and their property, who were injured in the riots.
