The fourth edition of “Wheels in History” will commence at Villa Recalcati in Varese between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Approximately fifty participating crews are expected to navigate a route designed to highlight both automotive heritage and regional culture, ultimately concluding at the Maga Museum in Gallarate around 5:30 PM.The rally aims to offer a unique blend of driving pleasure and cultural immersion.
Highlights Along the route
Participants will begin their journey heading towards Brunello, Caidate, and Sumirago, eventually reaching Besnate, Cardano, and Cascina Costa di Samarate. A key stop will be Verghera, the birthplace of Mv Meccanica Verghera 80 years ago, and home to a museum dedicated to the history of motorcycles and helicopters.
Following the museum visit, the rally will proceed to Tenuta Tovaglieri in Golasecca, known for its organic wine production. This will be followed by a drive along the Ticino river towards the rice cultivation area, with a scheduled stop at Riseria Fortina in Cavagliano di Bellinzago for guided tours and sensory experiences.

The rally will feature a diverse array of historic vehicles, ranging from a 1929 aston Martin international to an MG tc. Popular models such as the Fiat Topolino and the Giardinetta Belvedere will also be on display, as well as British Jaguar “young timers”.
