Popayán, Colombia – August 28, 2025 – A recent two-day event in Popayán, part of the national initiative Colombia 4.0 – Digital Territories, spurred innovation and technological growth across the Cauca region. The event, hosted at the Tulcán Campus of the University of Cauca’s Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications, attracted over 3,500 participants – both in-person and virtually – eager to enhance their skills in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
