5- Testicular torsion

A serious problem that occurs when the spermatic cord turns in a way that prevents the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the testicles, which leads to severe pain in them, as well as nausea and vomiting, and swelling of the scrotum and its color change to red or black.

6- Varicocele

Sometimes, testicular pain warns of varicose veins, especially if it is less felt when lying down, and it is necessary to expedite its treatment, because it may negatively affect reproduction.

7- Testicular cancer
