Celine Dion posted on Instagram a touching family photo surrounded by her sons, for Mother’s Day.
While Mother’s Day in France will take place on May 29, a large part of the world is already celebrating moms on May 8. For the occasion, Celine Dion took to Instagram to share a sweet family photo. The singer who was forced to postpone his European tour again due to health problems is discreet on social networks. But the day was too good, this Sunday, not to pose surrounded by her three sons, René-Charles, and the twins Eddy and Nelson.
The happy mum and her boys aged 21 and 11 , born of her marriage to René Angelil, pose together in front of a cake on which there are four candles. The image is accompanied by a text in which the star once again pays tribute to the victims of the war in Ukraine, for whom she has regularly had words in recent weeks.
“On this Mother’s Day, I feel very privileged to be able to be with my children, and I have a very special thought for those mothers in Ukraine and all over the world who have lost their children…”, she writes in a text in English and French. She adds, “And I think of those mothers who constantly worry about the safety of their children…and also those mothers who devote every ounce of their energy just to providing their children with the necessities of life. These mothers are truly the bravest and I dedicate this special day to them. We pray that they find comfort for their families, and peace in this world”.
