This new edition of the Jesús María Dressage and Folklore Festival does not escape this reality: both in the amphitheater and in the surrounding area, where there are crowds of people, the theft of cell phones from attendees is repeated. “We have no evidence of assaults, but we do have evidence of robberies. The uniformed officers have already arrested several thieves after the criminal task.
