In the winner, his top scorer was also the Latvian power forward Kristaps Porzingis, who scored 28 points and pulled down 11 rebounds.
Also overwhelming was the work of Jalen Brunson in the New York Knicks, who beat their guest, Milwaukee Bucks, 129 to 122 at Madison Square Garden, which featured another colossal work from the Greek pivot Giannis Antetokounmpo, who scored 32 points and reached 13 rebounds.
