By submitting to the card-issuing bank proof that he used the card while traveling abroad through departure and arrival stamps on his passport, or by sending proof of his continued presence abroad if it exceeds a period of 90 days.
In the event that the customer does not comply with the above, the card issuing bank will inform the Egyptian Credit Inquiry Company (I-Score) to place him on the negative list, and he will also be included in the list of customers who are prohibited from issuing Credit cards them or benefit from banking services in the future, in addition to informing the relevant authorities to take the necessary action.
