Dear friend,
The 2020 health crisis will mark a turning point in the confidence of certain countries in the Western pharmaceutical industry.
Japan, in particular, which has never been particularly pro-vaccine (without being hostile to them), could be more vigilant in the future when faced with products offered by Big Pharma.
Because for several months, bad news has been piling up against mRNA vaccines. Public opinion could end up no longer wanting these new vaccines.
In Japan, there is an “immunity law” that governs vaccination. This text, voted on by parliament, dates from 1948. Its last update dates from 2013(1).

No one can be forced to get vaccinated in Japan. And the mRNA vaccine against covid-19 was no exception to this rule(1).
An employer cannot force its employees to present a vaccination certificate either(2).
In the Japanese system, the obligations are on the government sideprefectures and municipalities.
The basic principle is that anyone who wants to get vaccinated should be able to do so. But no one is forced to get vaccinated.
The law distinguishes between so-called “routine” vaccinations and so-called “temporary” vaccinations (1).
Prefectures and municipalities are required to make routine vaccines available to the public, those that are needed on a permanent basis(1).
These are recommended (and not imposed on families).
When an epidemic occurs, municipalities must make specific vaccines available if they exist(1).
The law devotes a significant part to side effects. These are anticipated. They are not denied or minimized as in France.
If the municipality is convinced by a patient’s complaint, it must compensate him for the damage suffered (1).
The only penalties provided for by law are related to possible fraud in compensation in the event of an exaggerated claim following a side effect caused by the vaccine.
A well-managed health crisis without vaccines
The Japanese were taken by surprise by the health crisis. At the beginning of the epidemic, the number of cases was more than 700 per day(3).
Everyone was afraid. A state of emergency was declared. Nightclubs and gyms, places where contamination could occur, were closed(3).
The clusters were targeted and everyone was very vigilant. As a result, on May 26, 2020, the state of emergency was lifted(3).
Japanese doctors also used ivermectin successfully.
Japan is one of the countries that has come through the health crisis with the greatest serenity.
By the end of 2020, life expectancy in this country had increased from an already very high level(4).
In the same year, it declined in the United States, France and Germany(4).
In contrast, life expectancy in Japan fell in 2022 and again in 2023(5).
Japanese are getting vaccinated en masse against covid-19
When the COVID-19 vaccine was introduced in Japan, the population was not necessarily more vaccine-friendly than before.
But there was a challenge: the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
In 2020, they were postponed to 2021 due to the health crisis.
When vaccines arrived in 2021, the Japanese did not want to take any risks.
The government recommended that they go get vaccinated. And many of them did.
In 2023, 80% of the Japanese population was vaccinated, either 96 million people(6).
Unfortunately, the authorities quickly realised that there was a problem.
And by 2023, we have seen a change in the mood in Japan.
May 16, 2023: TV channel issues apology
That day, the media NHK issued an official tweet for having lied to viewers (7).
The channel had, in fact, explained during the television news that patients had died from covid-19, when in reality, they had been killed by the vaccine against covid-19.
The patients’ families had complained to NHK, claiming that the journalists had distorted the facts(7).
The association “Tsunagu kai”, based in Kyoto prefecture, had been contacted by NHK(7).
This NGO brings together families of victims of the covid-19 vaccine. NHK wanted to obtain testimonies from these families.
The bereaved witnesses had clarified the circumstances in which their loved ones had died and stated their opposition to this vaccine.
But to their surprise, on May 15, 2023, the channel presented things as if the coronavirus had killed these people and not the vaccine.
The families publicly expressed their outrage and threatened to sue the channel.
On the afternoon of May 16, NHK apologized(7).
June 1, 2024: Former minister publicly apologizes
This second case of public apologies shows that within Japanese public opinion, the management of covid-19 by the Japanese and international authorities is not going down well.
A demonstration against the WHO had been organized.
And a former Minister of the Interior and Communications, Kazuhiro Haraguchi, spoke out(8).
This politician is now a parliamentarian.
He said “We apologize to all of you. I apologize to all of you. So many people have died. And they shouldn’t have died.”
He added: “When we are faced with biological weapons like the coronavirus that are spreading, we try to respond with Japanese medicine. This is what we did using ivermectin developed by Dr. Satoshi Omura. We proposed this approach to the Parliament. But it was rejected. Why? Because the medicine was not expensive enough.”(8)
He concluded that ivermectin could jeopardize the marketing of vaccines.
Kazuhiro Haraguchi later said that he himself had been vaccinated with this mRNA, which triggered lymphoma.
June 5, 2024: 37 vaccine-related deaths in 2023
A third revelation has disrupted debates on the subject in the country.
The Ministry of Health revealed that, according to experts, 37 people in 2023 had died as a result of the vaccine(9).
It was the first time such an announcement had been made.
A representative of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Solidarity explained that this judgment was based on the opinion of doctors, but that as it stood, the Japanese authorities did not know whether this figure was underestimated or overestimated.
The ministry also reveals that 23 people are officially considered to have been victims of the covid-19 vaccine in 2022(9).
The commission in charge of investigating these deaths within the Ministry of Health confirmed that there was a direct link between the deaths of the patients and the injection of the mRNA vaccine.
July 18, 2024: Nanorobots found in vaccines
A little over a month later, a Korean doctor and a researcher from Okinawa Christian University published a study in an international journal on vaccine research.International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research)(10).
The study by Dr. Young Mi Lee and Daniel Broudy could be a landmark.
The researchers explain that they analyzed the contents of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines under a stereomicroscope, which can magnify the object observed up to 400 times.
They discovered nanotechnological components in the vaccine doses that are capable of binding to each other when excited.
The researchers explain that these artificial structures have tended to become more complex over time(10).
They look like carbon nanotubes, filaments, ribbons, membranes or spirals.
The researchers conclude that their observations show the presence of nano-constructs, or even nano-robots, in the doses of mRNA vaccines injected into millions of people (including 96 million in Japan).
They believe that the presence of these nano-devices explains the side effects and deaths linked to mRNA vaccines.
These nanorobots are said to be responsible for blood clots in victims (11,12,13).
In conclusion, the researchers ask two fundamental questions:
Why were these nanotechnologies placed in the vaccine doses? Why did the manufacturers not communicate about this?
Some commentators go so far as to claim that Japan could launch a new state of emergency to stop all vaccinations in the country(11,12,13).
However, I have not had confirmation of this information at this stage.
I’ll keep you posted!

Japan’s Journey with mRNA Vaccines: A Shift in Public Opinion?
As the world grapples with the COVID-19 pandemic, Japan has been at the forefront of vaccination efforts. With a unique approach to vaccination law and a well-managed health crisis, Japan has navigated the pandemic with relative serenity. However, with recent developments in mRNA vaccines, public opinion is shifting, and the country is re-examining its stance on vaccination.
Understanding Japan’s Vaccination Law
In Japan, there is an “immunity law” that governs vaccination, voted on by parliament in 1948 and last updated in 2013 [[1]]. The law distinguishes between “routine” and “temporary” vaccinations, with prefectures and municipalities responsible for making routine vaccines available to the public [[1]]. mRNA Vaccines and the Olympic Games
When the COVID-19 vaccine was introduced in Japan, the population was not necessarily more vaccine-friendly than before. However, the Olympic Games in Tokyo, postponed to 2021 due to the health crisis, provided a sense of urgency [[2024-09-10]]. The government recommended vaccination, and many Japanese citizens took action, with 80% of the population vaccinated by 2023, equivalent to 96 million people [[6]].
A Shift in Public Opinion
However, as the authorities realized there was a problem with
