Benzema receives the award for the most goal of the season
This last, winner of the competition with Real Madrid, was even named best player of the season thanks in particular to his 15 goals scored. Remarkably, he netted 10 in the knockout stage: three against PSG, four against Chelsea and three against Manchester City. And as if that weren’t enough, the first of his goals scored against Chelsea in the quarter-finals, an overpowering header, was voted the most beautiful of the season.
